Legal Practitioners of all over the country had gathered in Kathmandu to take part in a programme organized by Nepal Bar Association (NBA), an umbrella organization of all legal practitioners, to prepare common view for the new constitution. In this context, Newsinnepal asked the legal practitioner, what kinds of legal provisions should be included in the new constitution to reflect people's aspiration and to make justice delivery mechanism efficient?

Bishwakanta Mainali, Lawyer, Constitution is the main legal document of the country. So, the aspiration of the all people should be reflected in the constitution which helps to ensure people's ownership in the fundamental law of the country.
