The cadres of Kirat Janawadi Worker's Party (KJWP) torched a passenger bus at Rampur Thoksila VDC-8 of Udaypur district Friday morning, saying defying the bandh.

A group of KJWP cadres with the army dress took control the bus (Ba 2 Kha 383) heading for Gaighat from Rampur Bazaar. However, no human casualties have been reported.

The KJWP has called district closure today demanding to release its arrested cadres. The police had arrested KJWP area in-charge Jiwan Rai alias Dharti last week for demanding donation.
