Police have arrested Parsa in-charge of Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (JTMM) Jwala Singh group, an armed in the Tarai region on Saturday (July 31). Police arrested Bhaju Patel alias Akash Singh, of Lalparsa of the district with a weapon from his home.

According to the Parsa District Police Office, a home-made gun and two rounds of bullets have been seized from him.

Meanwhile, Nepal Army (NA) bomb disposal team defused a socket bomb which was left in the stranded position in front of Eye Hospital in Parwanipur.
